Our Story

It all began with an idea:
To explore our passion of specialty coffee and share it with the people of Sligo.
In the Summer of 2020 we tasted some coffee roasted by White Star Coffee in Belfast and knew instantly that we needed to partner with them. Phil gave us more help that we ever could have imagined starting out and we wouldn’t be where we are without his help, generosity and guidance.
Since then we’ve expanded into a multi-roaster coffee shop collaborating with the finest coffee roasters from Europe and beyond.
Our mission has always been to showcase the exceptional quality and diversity that specialty coffee can offer to the people of Sligo, on the North-West coast of Ireland.

We believe the people are the heart of any business and we have been fortunate enough to have some very talented people in Sligo come on board and help us move towards our goals.
We’ve always aimed to find people who share our passion for specialty coffee.
Excellent coffee requires a wealth of commitment, consistency and attention to detail and luckily we have the right people in place to achieve this.
Growth
2024 marks a significant year for us.
We launched our online store and coffee subscription service, making it easier than ever for coffee lovers across Ireland to enjoy the high-quality coffee we serve in our shop, delivered directly to their homes.
We are excited to announce that later this year we will begin roasting our own coffee.
This new chapter allows us to further explore our passion and continue our mission of showcasing the best specialty coffee we can get our hands on.
