A jasmine bomb from Lino Rodriguez, this pink bourbon washed from Finca Betania represents the very classic and expressive profile of this region and varietal. Tasting notes of jasmine, grapefruit & pear.
The farm has been in the family for approximately 60 years, passing from their grandparents to their parents and now to them. The farm size is 14 hectares and is located 1710 MASL. They are growing varieties such as Caturra, Tabi, Pink Bourbon, Geisha and SL 28. It is a family-owned company, consisting of 7 siblings, each of them having a cultivated area of coffee. On the farm, they also have a communal wet mill and drying facility, where they carry out processes such as washed, honey and natural with extended fermentations.
