A washed Ethiopian from Rumu Damo Washing Station. This one showcases everything we love about a washed Ethiopian, juicy and expressive with tasting notes of lemon, nectarine and wild flowers.
Once the cherries arrive at the Rumu Damo Washing Station, they are placed in water for sorting and removal of floaters. The cherries are then pulped and undergoes a wet fermentation for 48 hours. The cherries are then washed before being laid to dry in African beds for 8-12 days, depending on the weather.
