That’s what Jose Martinez has done. A second generation producer, born on his family’s Palestina farm, Martinez placed 1st for Pink Bourbons in Cup of Excellence. And now we have one! A Jose Martinez Pink Bourbon.
This particular washed Pink Bourbon has notes of apricot, brown sugar, and lemongrass. The other varietals he grows are Gesha, Caturra, and Chiroso - all at a strong 1700 masl.
