Tres Rayas can process 80.000kg of dry coffee during the main harvest period from April to July and about 30.000kg during the small harvest from September to november. The group offers washed and natural coffees on request. They are also trying to make a difference by ensuring that organic waste from coffee processing is used to make compost. They also encouraged 20 young producers to join, adding to the diverse population of Tres Rayas Coffee, which includes 48 women and 20 indegenous producers.
